A Sweet Intro
This blog is dedicated to our darling boy, born prematurely at 29 weeks and miraculously survived all odds during his 57 days in the ICU. We named him Reagan, which means our "Little King", strong and brave enough to fight any battles. He is also our little king whom we worship with a lifetime of our love and kisses. Baby Reagan continues to amaze us with his awesome strength, big personality, joyful laughter and lovely smiles. This is where we share both our learning journeys and all the fun bonding time together.

Satisfying the Sweet Tooth @ Max Brenner
The Diaper Bag
As our dating anniversary gift, Reagan's daddy bought mama a new diaper bag, one
with lots of compartments and even comes with a baby mat.
Bibinogs Term 2- Lesson 3
Among all the toys in class, he is only attracted to these ring hoops and would grab on to it till the teachers get them to keep away the toys. Another boy in class today laid his eyes on the same ring hoops and I was surprised that baby Reagan tried to grab it back from him. Usually regardless how much he like a certain toy, he will sit and observe quietly till the other kid lose interest then he would crawl over to pick it up. Luckily there were a few ring hoops to go around, so I whispered to Reagan, "Share baby, we must share ok?." and encouraged him to pass one to his classmate. I think now it's a good time to get him started on the good habit of sharing.
Today is Letter "M", we met Molly the Moose and for craft session, we painted the Mouse grey. My baby boy made me proud today because finally for the first time, he wants to paint!!! Once the teacher placed the paintbrush in front of him, he lunged forward to grab it and started jabbing on the picture of the mouse. This time I tried not to hold his hands and allow him to try to do the work all by himself. Well, until he started to wave the paintbrush around like a flag and stained his face and mouth again. That's when I stopped him and cleaned him up before blowing kisses all over his cheeks and neck.
Keep it up baby! I hope you start to like the craft session soon!

Sensory Play - Touch & Smell, Counting
Playing with real fruits and vegetables while mummy is preparing his meals. I described each fruit to him and encouraged him to feel the texture and smell the fruit.
Practicing finger-training and counting the cereal stars. We always do counting together, from 1-10 and backwards.

Purees for his daily meals
Once a week, I will spend like half a day to prepare his new batch of purees. First I travel to the grocery store to pick up the freshest organic vegetable, then I steamed and pureed them together.
I freeze them in ice-trays or airtight containers and use them as ingredients for his daily porridge.
Besides cod fish, I prepared chicken puree with potato and alternate both kinds of meat for his daily meals.
At the same time, we add grinded fish powder and a pinch of flaxseeds into his porridge daily and also mashed egg yolk 3 times a week.

Fruits purees like apple, banana, papaya, avocado and yogurt are his favorites too!
