My homemade frozen puree of the week - Blueberries + Peach .
Rich in antioxidant and vitamin C.
Blend the fruits together and put them into ice-cubes tray to freeze. Once they are frozen, keep them inside a ziplock bag. Just take a cube out whenever you need it.
Usually I stock up these frozen purees so I can add them into his breakfast cereals, or mix into his snacks or yogurt. Otherwise, it can even be eaten on its own.
